Dames Girls LC is building elite athletes through year-round training, top-tier instruction, and high-level tournament play. From clinics and leagues to speed & agility training, we’re committed to developing complete lacrosse players.
Teams
Dukes & Dames Lacrosse recruits elite athletes across multiple age groups, from youth to high school. Our teams compete at the highest level, focusing on skill development, game strategy, and preparing players for the next stage of their lacrosse journey.
